I have successfully built an electric kick scooter with a motor for under 5000 INR (approximately $60). I am considering establishing a brand similar to Yulu, but focusing on e-kick scooters. Given that entry-level prices for e-kick scooters in India typically range from 20,000 to 25,000 INR, would it be more effective to develop a business model around renting the scooters or to sell them at a lower price than competitors?
