​How long is too long to build a business? And other questions..

Hello all, new member here so sorry if these have been asked already but I would highly appreciate it if you can help me with the following questions if you have already been through them

my business only needs a basic website, financial model, marketing material, and a customer pitch at the moment. I’ve been working on it almost full time (I quit my day job) for about 2 months now and every time I think I’m close to finish preparing and launch the actual business I find out that there is something else that needs to be done, I’m starting to get frustrated with myself, am I too slow or is this normal?

any advice on what a proper bit simple financial model should look like, the templates I found online seem too complicated for a startup so I’m starting one from scratch but I’m afraid I’d find out that I’m missing something major later on (I’m a business major, studied a bit of finance but never done anything with it)

what is the #1 thing I should focus on in the first year, reach or profitability?
