My idea is as follows; Northern Ireland since the sloppy Windsor framework is on both the UK and EU markets, thus can be exploited. Instead of having to pay for duty and import etc, customers and businesses route their goods through my warehouse in NI then I redispatch the goods to the domestic uk or eu market, avoiding the extra costs. Obviously there’s more to it but that’s the basic premise.
