Planning to open my private equity firm

Hi guys we have been investing in Pakistani retail business and have seen double digit upsides over past 2/4 quarters and the worst quarter gave us a 0% ROI.

Now we have planned to make it institutional by having a portion of our portfolio in stocks, they have been performing quiet with decent expectations for the coming year.

One downside is that we have experimenting with modest capital sizes so we don’t really have that “taste” of managing big money but we are seeing high potential businesses at the moment and we are confident that over the coming two years we can reliably expect a growth of roughly 50% on our complete portfolio as a base case. If bad conditions hit the drawdown can take potential profits down to 20% for a 2 year time line and if things go about under ideal circumstances then there is a real opportunity of seeing 70-80% returns as well.

This is not a publicly traded business and so the maximum investors we can have is 50. I am having a meeting with some of the potential investors tomorrow. If you’re interested dm I’ll share the Google meet link tomorrow and you can join. There I’ll lay down the complete investment map, the risk management, and expectations.

Thank you for reading this far
