​Provide Feedback On This Idea: Job Marketplace for Retired People

Hi all, I’m in an MBA course where we have to come up with a business idea. I’d love your feedback, both positive and negative on this idea.

An online job board that is designed specifically for people who have retired. More people than ever will be retiring in the next 10 years and multiple studies have shown that while those people are retiring from their full-time jobs, many are seeking to stay engaged through side hustles, board positions, mentorship, volunteering, and consulting. This job board would essentially be Upwork except for retired people. By using the marketplace, retired workers will have a way to stay engaged in a way that is fulfilling while employers will have a great pool of very experienced candidates to fill their roles.
