​Looking to start a perfume brand across South Asia/South East Asia (Need inputs)

Any inputs/potential gaps/ pain-points any of you are facing or experiencing? I mean I am looking to explore this market first properly and before that I am looking for areas of focus – which I can get from your reviews. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!
