​How do I start??

Hey, I’m 19, in my freshman year of college (bachelors public health), and looking to eventually start a medical related business. I’ve heard some ideas like IV therapy spas, and medical billing. And ofc im eager to try those out, but where would I even start? Its not the financials im worried about, that’ll be taken care of, but how would I gain the experience? How would I know who to hire? Id honestly start today, but I have no idea what to do, and im still trying to figure out what business would be best. Any advice is more than welcome, thank you for your time! (If I could also get any of yalls socials or numbers that would be great, ill prolly pop in to ask a question or 2 every now and then)
