Hi everyone,
Anyone living in India knows the passion we have for cricket — not just to watch it, but to actually be on the pitch.
I’m working on an online platform that makes it extremely easy for people to discover and join local cricket matches. The idea is simple: instead of relying on messy WhatsApp groups, unclear timings, and unreliable players, this app creates organized match lobbies based on location.
Players enter their location → they see matches nearby → they join → the app handles confirmations, timing selection, and communication.
It basically matches random players who are free at the same time and place, fills the required slots, and forms a proper team for that day.
The aim is to make casual cricket organized, predictable, and smooth, especially for people who struggle to gather 8–12 players consistently.
There are additional unique features like player cards, umpire registration, and other elements that I’ll explain in detail to anyone interested.
I’ve built out the concept, workflows, and early prototype direction. Now I’m looking for a partner who can help with operations, marketing, and coordinating with local grounds/turfs. Tech background is optional — interest in cricket is a big plus.
What I’m really looking for is someone willing to put in consistent time and effort, someone who actually wants to build something big and can meet regularly in person. You don’t need to be an expert — just someone committed and ready to learn. I’ll handle the tech side; I need support with the rest.
There are no gender or age limitations.
If you’re based in North India (Delhi preferred) and want to build something meaningful in the sports space, feel free to DM me.
