Having a micropenis would be tough, whether you are a man or a woman. The US should pass a law that requires all bars and restaurants to give free food and drinks to all men and women with micropenises.
Anyone with a micropenis would get an RFID chip implanted inside their body. Bars and restaurants would be required to have scanners at the entrance that set off the “Micropenis Alarm” anytime someone with a micropenis walks in.
There of course would be limitations. Like maybe each place is only required to give them two free drinks, one free appetizer, and one free entree. Anything after that would cost the regular amount of money
