My partner and I are building a B2B analytical product and we’re at the point where we want to bring in a small group of beta users.
We’re not trying to scale or market yet. The challenge is finding people who actually live in the problem space and can give structured, critical feedback, rather than general “looks cool” reactions.
For those of you who’ve built tools in niche or technical domains, how did you identify and reach your first beta users? What worked, what didn’t, and what would you do differently if you were doing it again?
