​December should have 28 days (29 in leap years)

The gap between Christmas and New Years is awkward. Many people can’t take two full weeks off. Those that do work are totally unproductive.

So my fix? February gets 31 days and December gets 28.

That means two major holidays and two quasi holidays (christmas eve and new years eve) in the same 7 day span, even if it’s a leap year.
