This was found in a friend’s elderly parents’ house in NH (estate clean out of sorts). They also lived in CT, Canada, and Poland and they traveled a lot.

Turquoise, pink, white, and gold porcelain thing. Has a wooden base with no markings. The ball in the center rotates. Approx 16” tall
