​Junk Journals?

Hey so I have come up with lots of small business ideas and one I thought of that I enjoyed doing was making junk journals out of old used books and play off of the theme of the book. So would it be plagiarism if I sold them again? As I’m also thinking to make maybe bracelets as an added bonus or something but just curious if this works as a business idea.
