Need to find a good registered agent in New Mexico. What are my options?
I’m a US citizen and digital nomad, been freelancing for 5 years now and currently based in Italy. I’m setting up the Wyoming LLC for my freelance business. I’m stuck on the registered agent requirement. Since I don’t live in the US and don’t know anyone in Wyoming, I need a physical address there to receive legal documents during business hours.
My parents offered their Florida address, but that would force me to register in a less tax-favorable state. It looks like most nomads use servicesfor about $125/year to handle digital forwarding. Is paying for a service truly the only way to do this legally, and how much mail will they actually be handling?
