​Cut fruit stand/fruit bouquets

I have a ton of ideas for businesses. Most of my time at work is spent thinking of other things to do wor work besides working for someone else. All my ideas are almost always $0 no capital starts, literally anything that takes almost no money or at least under $5k. And they’re always physical install, sales, or service. Its easy to put no money into an app, doesn’t mean it’ll make any money but still can be done much easier than going out and trying to sell a product.

Anyway on to my idea. This one’s obviously been done before lol. Im posting cause I’m wondering how effective this would be where I am. I’m in a smaller town, not a huge city. We have lots of local events like craft fairs, farmers markets, vendor stuff, crap like that. I’ve seen cut fruit stands do well in bigger cities. Anybody can go into a grocery store and buy fruit already cut up tho. I could source from certain vendors that sell higher quality fruit that actually has flavor unlike most grocery store quality fruit. I could put tajin, chamoy, yogurt and all that stuff with it. Can anyone think of other things I could put with the fruit or on it? Also how realistic does this seem or is this just a low margin barely sustainable waste of time.

As a side thing I could offer to make fruit bouquets for people and have them on display at the stand for people to see. I can’t sell them in person but I can have them premade and delivered for events, parties, stuff like that. I know edible arrangements is already a thing but they don’t deliver in my area. Is there any legal stuff I should worry about with that or can anyone really own the rights to putting shaped fruit on a stick and sending it to people?
