​I just got a new jacket, but it seems to have elastic loops near the cuffs on the sleeves of my new jacket. I’ve tried asking Google to no avail, it just tries to tell me they are thumb loops, which are normally through the fabric, not elastic loops on the outside. Does anyone know what the use is?
