Found outside on a keyring & turned into Lost & Found. Hundreds of people have looked at this & NOBODY has said what it is. The long part is metal, I think it’s aluminum painted black. That attaches to a plastic black base with a hole in it. Has a groove down the length of it.

The most speculation is that it’s a key or a tool. If it’s a key then it’s got no other distinct cuts to it to make it a unique key. If it’s a tool then what the heck does it go to or do? Nobody knows so far. See both pics for further details.
