Can anyone identify what type of munition this is? I know it comes from South Korea, and I think it’s a mortar round, but not sure what type.

Can anyone identify what type of munition this is? It’s about 21 inches long and 3 inches wide at its widest point. Weighs about 10 lbs. Found in South Korea.
