I charge a 2k/mo retainer plus 15% of revenue to build and run the growth system for experts who are good at what they do but haven’t managed to take it online.
This expert had been helping older women with hormonal health for over a decade. Full client load from referrals. She tried Facebook ads once, sent traffic to her website, got nothing, and gave up.
Her website was the problem. “Hi I’m an expert” at the top, walls of text nobody reads, and too many buttons that only add confusion. It’s almost like running an online store where the checkout button doesn’t work.
I built her a webinar funnel. People from FB ads sign up to a free webinar, she teaches live for 60 minutes, makes one offer at the end. I built the landing page with Claude Code in an afternoon and wired up the emails in GHL. Took me less time than most people spend picking a website template.
She now spends €20k on ads every quarter and makes €300k in program sales. My cut on that is not bad.
