​Curious clock-like thing with numbers out of order. Hand sized.

Found in a deceased relative’s house so unable to ask them.

Relatively light, about pocket watch weight. I can wind the bit at the top and then the hand spins round, slowing down to a stop. When it does this it makes a sort of ticking noise.

It may be nautical as the relative attended a nautical school and was interested in naval battles.

I have no better photos and cannot physically investigate further as another relative has possession of it.
