I’m looking to create a platform that rewards job seekers for actively applying to roles. The concept is simple: users upload proof of their job applications and receive rewards such as vouchers, free coffees, and other incentives.
Over time, the goal is to partner with existing job platforms to integrate these rewards directly into application confirmation emails—so applicants receive something tangible immediately after applying.
The rationale is to address a clear gap in the job search experience. Applying for jobs can often feel repetitive and unrewarding, with little to no feedback. This platform introduces a small but meaningful incentive, helping maintain motivation, improve consistency in applications, and create a more engaging process for job seekers.
