​Make a new capital of the US in Maine

Take these specific towns in Maine Harpswell West Bath Bath Georgetown Arrowsic Woolwich Westport Wiscasset Dresden Phippsburg

Now get them to unite into one city. Build massive skyscrapers and government buildings Have experts cut the White House into multiple sections and move it into Arrowsic (the main area for government buildings) Put affordable housing in other parts of the city. Now dig some tunnels and build 300+ metro stations with around 15-20 lines Convince people to move there Name it something Britishy like Greenwich or Gloucester or something like that Now build the people who live there a new town (sorry random people of these towns I live nowhere near)
