​A “heaven” facility for people who have done extremely good acts

Let’s face it prison is kind of a “hell” for people who have done bad things. Why not have the inverse to incentivize good/prosocial behavior? Of course, it shouldn’t only be for those who have done visible or dramatic acts of good, you should have investigators who follows rumors of low-key good people and then they suddenly get arrested by hot “angels” and taken to the heaven facility. ​
