Economists: “But inflation—“
I don’t wanna hear about your fetishes.
Listen.
We PRINT MONEY, and then we
DON’T TELL ANYONE.
Capiche? Got it? You understand?
Now everybody’s got more money, and nobody’s raising prices about it. You can’t have inflation when nobody even KNOWS there’s more money.
Economists hate this one weird trick, because they’ve literally never seen it before, and now their whole world is in shambles because they realize it’d probably actually work.

People in the comments will be like:
> [u/SmartOne67](u/SmartOne67): “Errm… so you don’t understand how the economy works?? 🥴 Hegh hegh… Got it.”
Meanwhile they’ll be shaking and pissing in their boots because they don’t know why this wouldn’t work, either, and they’re just regurgitating the one response they know.
They’ll say things like:
> [u/SmartOne67](u/SmartOne67): “How will they keep it a secret?? :O”
Uhh… They won’t TELL anyone??
> [u/SmartOne67](u/SmartOne67): Someone will blab, or notice and raise price—“
Any more questions?
> [u/ShockedPerson](u/ShockedPerson): “Whoa… what did you just do to that perso—“
Any more questions?
> “…”
Now get to printing! And don’t tell
ANYONE!
(In any official capacity)
