​Device connected to Ethernet and power cables, with mysterious numbers, hanging from the ceiling at Giants Stadium in San Francisco

First view is the back; send view is the front. I couldn’t get a better angle on the front without falling down to the next level, so decided not to try. The little numbers on the back changed pretty often. I thought maybe a remote control camera for when they do the Kiss Cam or whatever?
