I’m in the process of purchasing a Laundromat/ Drycleaner that are next door to each other. I already plan to:
-add alterations. -pickup/delivery for wash and fold service. -24 hour keytag access for Laundromat. -add vending machines and ATM in 24 hour Laundromat.
I would love to hear some out of the box ideas. Square footage is tight so already adding the alterations department will be tricky.
