Create a group of colleges in the US where cost of attendance is free, except if you graduate, you have to pay 3% of your income, tax free, to the school for life?

Seems like this would strongly encourage schools to actually prepare students, guide them to the best programs, help them secure employment, encourage networking among students AND encourage them to remove roadblocks to attend. You could even do a sliding thing where it’s like 2% to each school for a Bachelor’s, Masters and Doctorate so if you became a doctor, you’d be capped at 6% of earnings?

I have student loans I’ll never get out from under and I’m totally good with that. I basically feel it’s my “White trash rising above your station” tax, so I’d have loved this chance!
