Emergency/Survival/Prepper Kit Business

My idea is a business that would create emergency preparedness kits for disasters. The basic plan is to buy in bulk the necessary supplies direct from the manufacturers, then put them into different sized kits (car, home, workplace, etc.) or custom build a kit for individual clients, families or businesses depending on their needs, number of family members, if they have pets, as well as what type of disaster they’re preparing for, a blizzard kit would be different from an earthquake kits or a hurricane kit. They could also decide what tier of preparedness they want. Casual preparing is just one or two small kits. Family size kits are designed to support a family for at least 3 days of they have to shelter in place or flee their home. Super kits are basically prepper kits designed to sustain a variable amount of people (depending on the client) for over a week. All the kits would include first aid kits, batteries, flashlights, swiss army knives, and other essentials that FEMA reccomends such as water and dry food. If the food goes past its expiration date it will be restocked by the business free of charge via mail delivery, but its fine since all the food would be dry goods that can survive for a long time if properly stored. The Casual and Family kits would have the kinds of consumer goods you can buy at the grocery store, but Super kits would have military/camping style ration kits. Additionally, kits can be customized for outdoors and off-grid survival, with the inclusion of fire-starting supplies and shelter-building tarps of the client wants that. The business would aslo provide classes on how to use the kits, with one free class included with the purchase of one kit, and additional classes offered at a reasonable price.

Are there any other features I should include? Does the basic tier model make sense? How would I market this business? What suggestions do you guys have for an idea like this?
