​Is there a way I can start a media editing company that’s all female without getting sued for discrimination?

I have an idea for a business that edits OF videos or other “spicy content”. I have heard multiple complaints from models about male editors doing weird stuff or just plain stealing their videos. I want to start a company so they know their media is safe. The problem is I’m almost sure that’s illegal because it’s discriminatory. I thought about allowing gay men but to explicitly say that would also be illegal so I’m not really sure how I could go about this. Any ideas or suggestions?
