So,my mom wants to open a place where you can buy a good Japanese ramen (which are rear in our country Geogia, it’s usually cheap shitty russian ones) and you can prepare it right in the place and eat there, you can also add toppings and some japanese snacks and sweets will also be available so i’m wondering how good is that idea, overall i like it but i don’t know how much profit will it earn, also i am not sure about where and how to buy ramens from, it may turn out really expensive, need your opinion here
