​Business Idea-Catio building

I built my own “Catio” for our cat when we first moved to into our home 4 years ago. I loved measuring, planning, drawing and building it. It allows the cat to freely go in and out as he pleases without the risk of them being harmed by the wilderness of the great outdoors. What do you think? Is it realistic? Is it saturated? How much of a mark-up is realistic for profitability?

Note-I have NO prior construction or woodworking experience…just love my furbabies and going down the researching rabbit hole. I research and plan EVERYTHING prior to making any actions, which can get me stuck in a rut. I am a perfectionist and working to be less of one.

I don’t have a ton of capital, maybe 5K. I was laid-off over a year ago and no luck in this job market. So I am being forced to think of creating a business. I am wanting more of a business that isn’t saturated and a new concept.

Any feedback and advice in this market would be greatly appreciated.
