​Where and how fan I start this business?

I’m a 19 year old guy who recently has been putting a lot of thought into starting a business. I have a small passion into trading card games especially Pokemon and as someone who lives in Houston theres not as much card shops around the big areas of the city. I can take out a loan to invest the money as I believe it will pay for itself. I have an associates in business and I would like this to be physical but if it’s online thats fine as well. I’ve worked in a grocery store that makes nearly 200-300k sales a week and we keep track of that so I would say I’m good in keep track of sales, doing projections and planning orders. This is just an idea and I would love feedback.
