​Car Repair Bids

Hi, came across an interesting idea and curious about validating it, but wanted to start here first. Basically it would be a platform where car repair shops could bid on people’s car repairs. The person would take video’s/photos and describe the issue, upload that to a platform with local repair shops, and each repair shop bids on the repair, ensuring the customer doesnt get ripped off, and gets multiple quotes very fast. Thoughts?
