​What Business Would You Build Right Now if You Had to Sell it in 5 Years

I am reading Patrick Bet David’s book “Your Next 5 Moves” and just finished reading “12 months to a Million” by Ryan Moran, as well as “Restaurant Man” by Joe Bastianich. A common theme I gained by reading these books is that simple re-development of products which are already sold by companies like proctor and gamble for example, lead to massive pay days. My question for you is, if you had to found, build, and develop a business in order to do nothing but sell it in 5 years, which business would you build? Would it be a product or a service? Tech, or manufacturing? I would love to hear some genuine answers here
