Retail ideas for the Las Vegas Strip

I live in Vegas and want to open a business selling “something” to tourists on The Strip. Occasionally retail space becomes available at the major properties – Caesars, MGM and the Venetian. The Wynn’s shops do too but are exclusively ultra high-end, and the foot traffic on The Strip north of it is low (Fountain Blue, Resorts World). Downtown Fremont, north of The Strip, is also popular with tourists and has retail space that occasionally becomes available too. So they both offer good opportunities for “something”.

I’m interested in figuring out what that something could be. My observations are that you guys are buying alcohol, junk food and souvenirs. Should I combine all three (alcohol infused junk food that says Vegas)? Joking aside, what else could be enticing to the 45-million of you that visit annually? What’s missing?
