No more minimum wage. Instead, the highest paid member of any corporation (including ceo and board) cannot be paid more than 10x the lowest paid member of corporation.
In addition, the combined wages of all employees (not including ceo and board) May not be less than 10x the amount that is paid to shareholders in either dividends or buybacks.
