I’m looking to buy some commercial land, zoned for recreation, build a few camp spots on it for RVs or vans, charge about 50$ a night on AirBnB.
Could potentially amount to 100k + profits if open year round.
Kind of a self paying business, AirBnB takes care of all the bookings itself.
What do you think the pros and cons would be?
