There is a small town (5k population) that may absolutely explode overnight in growth.
Brief Details: the town is on the verge of being selected to store a certain waste material of a large radius. If selected, there will be a multi-year, multi billion dollar development of a large scale waste repository + 9 figure investment in town + further investment once waste centre is operational. I have family that is very connected in this town which could benefit (first to know/ first in line).
Personally, I work in finance and want to do something BIG. Family member is in the construction business.
Some ideas: Own a franchise (McDonald’s), landscaping, consulting to help local B2B enhancement, buying a piece of land, open a gym, painting company, something in tech.
Any other ideas?
