I’m working through the early stages of a small business idea and could use some input from folks who have used either Northwest Registered Agent or ZenBusiness for forming their LLC.
I’m testing a niche idea doing small-batch “experiences in a box” for local Airbnb hosts, basically curated welcome kits that are themed to the area. Coffee, local snacks, a small fold-out guide I’m designing.
It’s nothing massive yet, but I want to set up an LLC before I start pitching hosts so I don’t look like a random person selling gift baskets out of my trunk.
The part that’s making me overthink things is choosing between Nortwest and zenbusiness. I’ve read a lot of scattered reviews but I’m hoping to hear from people who’ve actually used them.
