Being perfectly honest, I’ve made $200k-300k profit each year the past 2-3 years or so in my business. It’s a super boring local service business. I literally pick up trash and litter lol
I’m 33 btw. I started doing this myself at 26 for a small 1 person managed company, then took over the very small profitless company I worked for and made it better.
It doesn’t have to be wow, amazing or sexy. I’m sure you have skills and expertise that people are willing to pay for or you wouldn’t have a job. So take one of those skills, create an avatar of people that would buy your service/expertise. Find 10 of those people, if they don’t buy what you’re selling move to the next skill until people start paying for it. Then you hire people that can do it for you. Then you find 1 person to manage those people. Make enough money to pay people a decent wage every 2 weeks, pay bills and if you are able to do that it’s just rinse and repeat. Success is just repetitive boring tasks once you have the few things I mentioned.
