​Any experience you can share…need to have an idea about how to execute my plan! My first try

Hello everyone! I need a head hunter/ business advice, so…I have Roblox games and some of them are a hit, I’m talking about 2-4 million every day and some of them have gathered hundreds of millions of visits till this day , so, a huge daily traffic of people, lately some third party companies have offered me collabs with companies like Walmart, hasbro, so basically they want to use me as an advertising platform, fair enough, but I have realised they might not paying me what I really deserve, they might be making 10 times what they pay me!! This last 12 months I have been reading a lot, educating myself, watching videos, taking with people and I’m capable to close deals with these same companies, negotiate, explain and what not, I want to do that thing but MYSELF so I will expand my business and of course my knowledge, my problem is…HOW can I connect with those marketing leader of companies like Mattel, Lego, hasbro, Walmart, because they have looked for me, but not personally, trough an agency, but I can sure do it, anyone here has any idea? Any advice? I’m living in the UK? You guys have any contacts? Can we work together and figure this out? Let me know, a drive of ambition is rushing right now! I want greatness.
