A collaborative coworking center in india

I plan to establish a coworking center in India.

A center that has learning and collaborative space where people work more as they learn and learn as they work.

The idea is to create and run a resential or local space,

where people come together to start businesses or provide services to create economic value from first day.

Features:
– ecosystems of experts, who train newbies (interns).

– interns work on the projects and benefit from learning as they work

– experts benefit from the work they get from learners.

– income is shared as the results are generated

WHY india

– India has immense potential in terms of young generation that is struggling to find employment.

– there’s a big section housewives who cannot take up full time employment. and hence would love to find something thats nearby and collaborative model rather than fixed hours away from house.

HOW

– i need someone who aligns with the vision and also like to actively be a part of it.
– i don’t have funds to invest, but i have connections with universities, colleges and we can make use of the spaces.
– funding needed is only to create documentation, proposals and manage the programs.

Benefits:
– if you are someone who is himself interested in building new projects. you can get good talent and workforce to build these systems in a collaborative model

– its a win win for all and output oriented.

– massive pool of workforce available, which has basic skills just lack some direction and guidance.

Possibilities:

– make small media agencies, video editing etc.

– telecalling companies and campaigns

– movies and film making, animation video editing teams and works.

– software development, writing, content creation etc.

what’s unique

– in india, minimum wages and living costs are low. Also, youngsters in young years are not expecting to make money first but looking for growth opportunities.

– this project leverages the massive pool of human resources. without being unfair with them. (not charging them any big fees). and also paying them reasonably for the work they do on revenue/profit sharing basis.
