​Change the name of “w”

Way too tedious to say “double eu” and it no longer makes sense (if it ever did).

Following convention we could say “we”, but there are already several meanings for “we”. So instead we should go with “wa” (sounds like the beginning of the name Wario and Waluigi).

This would make saying www actually less syllables than World Wide Web.

I’m also good with “ew”, but I think there is a stronger argument for “wa”
