​Driver’s Tests Every 5 Years

I’ve heard people from all over the States complain about crappy drivers. I see so many accidents caused by negligent drivers and people who shouldn’t be driving, all over the news and in my social circles. What if we had everyone retake their driver’s tests every 5 years? If you don’t pass your license is temporarily held until you pass again. An excessive number of failures leads to permanent loss of your license. I know it would be annoying, but it would make our streets so much safer.
