Then I walked into a clothing store and saw QR codes on the mirrors in the fitting rooms. Phones just pick them up automatically.
A week later every mirror in my salon had a QR code that goes to our review page. Small gift offer for next visit. No awkward asking. It’s just there when they’re looking at themselves and taking photos after their hair or nails are done.
It worked. Reviews started coming in regularly. Clients scan it right there, leave a comment, and are done.
I used a QR site to make them because you can track how many people scan and change the link without printing new ones.
If you’re struggling to get feedback from happy clients, put QR codes where they naturally look. Mirrors, receipts, counters.
