​Fitness equipment PM and Repair

Pick the idea apart

I’ve tossed it around for a while and thought to myself that offering a monthly subscription to do preventative maintenance on fitness equipment that includes free repairs and periodic visits and PMs to try and avoid repairs anyways. Target would be gyms and apartments and hotels, places like that. Have a really heavy background in repair, fab, and troubleshooting. Also have a personal passion in fitness so it makes sense to me.

Wondering if anyone thinks this would take off? What could go wrong? Why won’t it work? Or do you thi k there’s a market for this?
