Freelancers & creatives — would you use a tool that handles collecting content + approvals from clients?

Hey folks, I’m validating a super simple SaaS idea. Would love some honest feedback, especially from freelancers or small agencies.

When I did freelance work, the biggest timewaster was chasing clients for stuff like:

Website copy Logos, images, brand files Feedback and approvals on drafts

It always turned into messy email threads, lost files, wrong formats, late responses… and just straight-up stress.

The idea:
A client facing portal where you set up a checklist of what you need, content, files, approvals, etc.

You send them a link. They upload everything directly into that portal, one item at a time. You get notified as things come in.
If they’re late, they get automated reminders. No more “Hey, just checking in on the logo again…”

Clients can also review and approve drafts right inside the same page, so everything stays in one place.

No more Google Docs + Dropbox + endless emails + reminders.
Just a clean system to gather content and keep projects moving.

Not pitching anything or selling, just want to hear:
Would you actually use this or is it something nobody would pay for?

Appreciate any blunt feedback, especially if you think it’s unnecessary.
