What are my first steps? I have NO experience. I am 24, and have been in two mentally abusive abusive relationships and one was physically abusive as well. I also grew up with constant mental abuse from my father as well. After years of abuse I am safe now, but when I went to get help in my county they had no resources for people that were single. Only women who had children would get grant money to get out of their situation. My target would be individuals suffering from all types of abuse, men and women. I don’t know how to organize this, or where I need to start. Or what steps I should take. I just know if there are no resources in my county somebody has to step up and do it. If I didn’t get help, I would have never gotten out of my situation. I have so many ideas but what should I do to start? So far I want to raise money by selling candy door to door, I want to hit every house in my area. Which is extreme but I want this more then anything. I want to share my experiences and help other people but I don’t know where to start? Where should I begin?
