​If you really want a job, just take someone else’s job

Sometimes there isn’t a job opening that suits your skills so you must creatively apply for jobs. Let’s say you’re a forklift operator. Go to all the warehouses in town with your resume and at the top of it write “If you’re tired of one of your forklift drivers, fire them and hire me for 10% less. If you happen to see a manger while you’re there, give them the same quick spiel.

This works cause every workplace has someone that the manager would love to get rid of. Now they’ve got a quick replacement at a cost savings to the company.
