​its like a small ceramic plate about the size of my palm, my friend got it as a gift from a mug shop.

im not sure if its for cigarettes or incense but it wouldn’t really make sense for either? its just a silly looking plate. we said maybe its for Q-tips or Tooth picks, toothbrush, a razor idk im just confused cause it seems like a really simple dish but i feel like it has a more specific purpose its like 1 1/2 inch deep too.
